First of all, I absolutely love the flavor of mynd gum. I got them because, like many of us, I tend to hit a mental slump mid-afternoon, but didn’t want to overdo it with energy drinks. A piece of mynd ENERGY gum shortly after lunch has been perfect to keep me alert till the end of the day. I even have my wife keep some in her purse for when she has a longer commute home.

Energy is my favorite pre-workout! It gives me the surge of energy I need without the jitters. I used to drink a cup of coffee, energy drink, or supplement as my pre-workout, but I would always end up unfocused because of the jitters. Energy gives me what I need for my workout without any of the negative side effects.

I find this better than a cup of coffee as you don't have to drink a whole cup to feel energized! I typically take my Energy gum mid day when I start feeling a little tired, and am able to power through the rest of the day without problem. Love the flavor as well - fruity and tasty!
